As we study the women in Jesus' Ancestry, we take time to focus on Rahab. She was known as a harlot but become the mother of Boaz. She was a woman committed to peace through a faith that brought about total submission. She trusted that the scarlet cord would make her intentions clear. She trusted totally in God, and amidst war, unrest, and difficulty, God gave her peace.
