In the ancient world, a name revealed identity, conveyed character, and carried authority.  In Hebrew, Greek, Roman, and Ancient Near East cultures, names were not arbitrary. A person’s name was revelation and promise. To call on a person’s name was to invoke their presence and power.

Therefore, in this topical sermon series, we will explore the divine mystery of Jesus’ name and how it saves, protects, heals, defends, and reigns. Our anchor text is found in Acts 4:12 “There is no other name under heaven given to humanity by which we must be saved.” It is our desire that calling upon the name of Jesus will bring healing, protection, breakthrough, and power into your life.

No other name, but the name of Jesus Christ!
