In Acts 14:21–23, we see that Jesus’ earliest followers model a ministry that is both bold and resilient: they proclaimed the Gospel fearlessly, prepared believers through intentional discipleship, endured pain with hope, sought God’s power through prayer and fasting, and established purposeful leadership for the mission ahead.

We believe that METRO Church is called to walk the same path.

We begin the year centering our lives on the unchanging Gospel, renewing our commitment to proclaim the Gospel and form disciples, embracing hardship as a doorway into deeper faith, and depending on the Spirit through twenty-one days of fasting and prayer.

All of this culminates in Vision Conference Sunday, where we step into God’s purpose with confidence. We will continue raising leaders, strengthening our mission, and trusting the Holy Spirit to guide us boldly into the next chapter of Vision2030.

This year, we commit to follow the Lord Jesus… forward.
